I INTRODUCTION
1. This report is submitted pursuant to Article VIII, paragraph 2, of the SIDS DOCK Statute.
It provides an account of the progress made in the development of the Work Programme,
the operationalization of the Organization, including the preparation of the pertinent
operational documents and arrangements.
