Dr. Al Binger, Energy Science Advisor, Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre SIDS DOCK Coordinator is one of the key speakers at the Future Energy Forum. Future Energy Forum is an invitation-only opportunity to interact with high-level scientists, business representatives and government officials shaping the landscape of energy in Kazakhstan and beyond.
